How to open an account

Necessary conditions for opening a real account:


A. StockHit , for trading on the Romanian Stock Exchange:

  • - Minimum amount 3.000 RON
  • - The existence of a written contract with all the necessary appendix and request for opening an account
  • - ID copy (natural person)
  • - Fiscal Registration Certificat in copy, confirmation of company issued by the Register of Companies, Article of Association, the last annual financial situations, power of attorney from the Board of Trustees, copy of an ID of the representative of the company
  • - Statement of account including the IBAN code

B. StockHit World, for trading on the International Markets:

  • - Minimum amount 2.000 EURO
  • - The existence of a written contract with all the necessary appendix and request for opening an account proof of residence e.g. utility invoice
  • - ID copy (natural person)
  • - Fiscal Registration Certificat in copy, confirmation of company issued by the Register of Companies, Article of Association, the last annual financial situations, power of attorney from the Board of Trustees, copy of an ID of the representative of the company
  • - Statement of account including the IBAN code
  • - Proof of residence (e.g. utility invoice)

 

Steps to follow


Step 1
Analyze the offer of products and services the types of existing transacting platforms and opt for one of the 2 available versions:


  • StockHit - transacting on the Bucharest Stock Exchange
  • StockHit World - transacting on the external markets


Step 2
Carefully fill in all the rubrics contained in the request for opening an account found below in the section "Register now".


Step 3
Carefully read the contract and its attachments.
Print two copies of the contract and attachemnts. If there are any impediments during this action please contact the Support department at the phone number 0356/803015 or e-mail support@romcapital.ro.


Step 4
Sign each page of the contract, the attachments and the rest of the required documents and send them to the registered office of SSIF ROMCAPITAL SA of: TIMISOARA, BLV. MIHAI VITEAZU, NR. 30, COD POSTAL 300222, JUD. TIMIS, ROMANIA.


Step 5
Following the verification and signing of the contract and its attachments by the representative of SSIF ROMCAPITAL SA you will be given back a copy of these documents.


Step 6
Feed your client account opened at SSIF ROMCAPITAL SA either in the bank account opened at BRD-GSS Timis Branch having IBAN RO95BRDE360SV16273473600- for the RON deposits, either in the bank account opened at BRD-GSS Timis Branch having IBAN RO52BRDE360SV16340293600, SWIFT Code BRDEROBU for the EURO deposits.
If you do not feed your account within 30 days from the activation of the account, the contract is considered terminated.


Step 7
When cashing the money in the account of SSIF ROMCAPITAL SA you will be contacted by our representative in order to receive the installation kit of the transacting platform which you opted for.
