SSIF Romcapital S.A. intermediates transactions with the financial instruments defined by the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB). Currently, by means of our company you can invest in shares, bonds, preference rights, and government bonds as well as futures agreements.

In order to become a client of SSIF Romcapital S.A. you should open a transaction account based on the intermediation agreement. You can choose one of the following account options:

 

The STANDARD account

The STANDARD account - by means of which you can buy /sell upon order any type of financial instrument quotable to Bucharest Exchange Stock by means of a financial investment services agent. The purchase / sale orders can be transmitted by telephone qand recorded on magnetic band, fax or directly, by signing at the head office of our company.


 

The MANAGED Account

The MANAGED Account - by means of which the client trusts its funds for administration to a stock agent employed with Romcapital, based on an portfolio administration agreement, against a "success fee" additionally charged to the client on a certain assessment date set forth in the agreement. The administration manner, the assessment procedure as well as the fees are included in an appendix to the services agreement.


 

The ONLINE account

The ONLINE account – by means of which you can buy / sell upon order any shares and preference rights defined by Bucharest Stock Exchange by means of the online transaction platform, STOCKHIT managed by SSIF Romcapital S.A.


By choosing the ONLINE account, you are entitled to multiple benefits provided by the use of the online transaction platform. Here are several of such benefits:


  • Real time visualization of the stock quotations, including the market depth
  • placement of the online sale/purchase orders, including their changes or cancellation
  • end-of-day and intra-day professional financial graphics that allow the use of financial indicators and other particular instruments afferent to the technical analysis
  • access to the online updated stock news and financial schedule
  • real-time visualization of the shares portfolio and statement of your account
  • access to the transactional reports and activity history
  • access to the chat service where you can exchange opinions with other clients of our company
  • confidentiality and security of our clients’ personal information

The users of both the STANDARD and ONLINE accounts benefit of daily and weekly transactional reports (the synthesis of the stock transactions), reports of fundamental analysis for the listed companies as well as the access to any other useful information and instruments, free of any charge.


Any legal or natural persons, resident or not in Romania, can become the clients of Romcapital.

In order to open a transaction account, you will enter into an intermediation agreement with Romcapital and sign the account opening form as well as its appendix that includes the fees and commissions paid by the client for the services provided by Romcapital and agreed upon in the agreement.
