The information of personal character (surname, first name, address, telephone, etc.) resulting from the voluntary interaction (registration form, contract, etc.) between SSIF ROMCAPITAL S.A. and the clients/ collaborators of the company:

  • solving the requests, the questions or the complaints;
  • invoicing;
  • offering products and/or services to the clients;
  • processing orders and/or requests of the clients;
  • contacting the clients/collaborators (including by post, e-mail, fax, telephone regarding offers of products and services of SSIF Romcapital S.A. or in relation with products and services of carefully chosen third parties, in case one has expressed a wish in this sense.

Are strictly confidential and can be disclosed to a third party only in accordance with the provisions of the Law 677/2001 and of the Conduct Code of the Brokers™ Association.

  • According to the information protection policy, SSIF Romcapital S.A. can offer third parties certain statistical information regarding the fields of interest of the users of the service. This information does not include personal identification data, except for the cases in which this is explicitly accepted by the clients/ collaborators or when this is necessary in order to abide by the law or by the legal proceedings.
  • The clients may opt for the forbiddance of providing the personal data for the purpose of performing the operations of direct marketing, by registering in the opposition list elaborated at the level of SSIF Romcapital S.A. In accordance with the provisions of the Law no. 677/2001 regarding the protection of the persons concerning the personal data processing and the free circulation of said data, in the conditions of providing personal information to third parties, if the law does not expressly interdict it, SSIF Romcapital S.A. has the obligation to notify its clients/collaborators, at the latest at the moment of transmitting the data, with regard to:
  • the identity of the party requesting the personal information;
  • the purpose of requesting the personal information.
